I was trying it on my iMac and phone, opened the website on both devices, then it somewhat disappointed me (should have looked better) by asking to sign in with Facebook. A login-less demo would sell itself better.

We use Atlassian Stash at work after having tried a bunch of different git review & merge tools, including Phabricator, GitLab, Gerrit and more. Atlassian's Stash provides the best code review tools like per file diff + commenting.

This would be a nice user script / bookmarklet, but I don't think websites (except for Readability-type apps) will ever need this. Proper responsive design and usability testing are the correct solution, not this... "hack&quo

To all the commenters that think Facebook should pay this guy: he became "the guy who hacked Mark Zuckerberg ON Facebook" overnight. I guess that this will probably open some doors for him, and if not, he's still become famou

We have a similar subway project going here in Amsterdam called the North-South line. It's more than 8 years late, went over its budget multiple times, and is still not finished. City is completing it anyway and hopes it will start making m

Can you explain why one shouldn't use HMAC signatures to sign requests? How else can you guard against replay attacks, and authenticate the request? Only a key isn't enough, you need secrets as well. Right?

I have the app installed. I would be glad to pay $2/mo or a bit more. I think subscribers usually come & stay for regular app updates. If the developer is already doing that, he should charge indeed!

I have to disagree. An application connected to a network is never "private" unless you configured a strict firewall and are sure that other running services don't contain exploits. Besides, if an employee leaves the company, this "private"

Good one, didn't know about history.js! I think the best pushState fallback is just allowing page reloads. Hashtags are probably just annoying and confusing for the user experience. Besides, there are other very effective ways to improve pa

I'm really disappointed by the screen's resolution though. I don't even think I'm the only one. Cuz the (current) iPad has a 264 dpi screen, whereas the Mini has a 162 dpi screen.
