If their web spider is any indication of how fit they are, they really need to shape up. The Baidu spider is the IE6 of web bots, it hammers sites, fumbles around breaking everything with its crap JavaScript compiler and causing so many err

Looks like a template as http://KashFlow.com seems eerily similar. Better that than a custom design though, I imagine it saved a fair bit of money.

Could someone clarify something here? If I'm based outside of the US and my servers are outside of the US, these software patents would not affect me and I could implement them without risk? I understand the site could be blocked from US br

You would hope so, in fact I have a business that I'm working on that has dumb obvious patents filed in the US but I'm a UK citizen. I still reckon they'll come after me though, they love to waste time and think because they 'had an idea' t

Ideas by proxy don't work, you have to have something that matters to you. If I gave you my list of ideas, you'd laugh at 'em and say how crap they are even though I reckon I could turn them into decent businesses. If you are in the UK and
