If you care to try, I'd say give Softlayer a shot. You get tons of free stuff that other places charge for (KVM over IP, VPN, etc) and the only outage I've had so far was because Level 3 announced routes for Comcast IP's and then null route

They could have just allowed any app to integrate with the OS. That's why I loved my BlackBerry, any app could add a handler to the OS's context menu for a given item.

How about not making it so closed and limited? The Kindle app lets me read my books on my PC, my Mac, my BlackBerry, iPad, iPod Touch, Kindle, and the list goes on. Buy a book on the App Store and you're confined to ONLY iOS devices.
