I'm not too sure, this is the line that really stood out to me: > and delivery of applications (or “Apps”) Basically making a direct relationship between the word application and apps. Either way, I think the whole App Store argument is ridiculous.

That was the only line that gave me pause, but that's actually where they define what "Apps" means: applications for their devices.
