   Also as you get older your possibilities to get sick go up. So maybe that person had sick leave more often this year. Maybe other person had family issues this year and year ago it was great for them. Some people might have worse periods. B

   I wonder where do you get those mentoring managers with one on ones. Coaching and all thut stuff. No one has time to do it. It is always: here is your job that are requirements. No meaningful one on ones. It is not only in work, I just all
