Practically, you can't do anything else but use the cold water from the shower. However, even in summer it is usually quite invigorating, even though it might be 15-20°C. It can be a good deal colder in winter though.

Look it up, but it's possible that cold showers are not good post-exercise due to them hindering blood flow and preventing removal of waste materials from muscles.

The thing is cold showers warm you up by booting up the metabolism. 3 mins after stepping out of a cold shower I'm usually feeling all warm and fuzzy inside, as if I had just kicked some disgusting dog off my porch. (/s)

He has a point though. I remain unconvinced there is another sort of gov't less susceptible to corruption. In the short and mid term. There seems to be some need for a periodic system flush, to get rid of the parasites.
