I wonder if there is any client that has a halfway decent visualization of RLS policies. Last time I checked, pgAdmin didn't, and Postico, which I use day-to-day, doesnt' (at all).

Yes they have. The question is just if it has to be their real name, or if a number (which can be tracked back to the person by authorities) is enough.

Currently installing the update on my ~200$ Essential Phone - I mean it's not like there aren't good Android vendors, but obviously the majority of buyers don't vote with their wallet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know it's en vogue to mock Germany / Berlin for BER, and it's certainly deserved to a certain extent. However, BER also shows another thing to me: that regulations are taken damn seriously in Germany. I can think of some co

That, and besides, the number of deaths related to Chernobyl (or even the magnitude) is highly controversial. But even the "official" Soviet number of direct, short-term fatalities is not 2, but 31. And I would take that number wi

How is showing the catastrophic consequences of nuclear power fear-mongering? I mean the stuff which is depicted in the series literally happened, and a lot of it / most of it actually exactly as depicted. How is that fear-mongering? I

I never claimed garbage collection was free, but the point was memory complexity and not computational complexity. So claiming that the implementation would be O(n * n) in terms of memory complexity still doesn't make sense to me.

I too prefer to use the "inefficient" notation because it just feels wrong (kind of an antipattern in the functional sense if you will) to mutate the argument. And as long as you are not dealing with a huge input list, this doesn&

What makes you think this site would be "run by the UN"? The WNA is a nuclear industry lobbying organization. Nothing more, nothing less.

The glaring difference between this and scandals of similar extent in the US is that Strache already resigned (and Austria might actually see reelections soon), while the POTUS is still in office. Beats me!

This reads like a SEO article for "Bose QuietComfort 35" (just count how often it is needlessly spelled out) and - oh wonder - contains referral links to the same product they warn against in the article.

OK, this isn't really important for the quintessence of the article. But I'm surprised again and again how many developers write code like if (weAreConnected === true) { this.setState({ isConnected: true })
