This is awesome! I'm really excited about this since this is the underpinning of Zed. I figured out quickly when replicating ChatGPTs macOS apps "work with" feature that Zed had zero accessibility tree. Great news, just in ti

The first acquisition I was apart of wasn’t too bad! But we were still culturally very different. So after 2 years and properly transitioning things, I bounced to another start up. Walking into something like that is tough because the two t

I was a very early employee at the other two start ups that were acquired and even with equity it was not worth it. After all the class A shares were paid out, the rest of us got little. I mean, hindsight 20/20 here, but I would have l

I applied to neon last week and then the news broke about the acquisition. They rejected it this morning — I have never been happier to receive a rejection to an application. This would’ve been three acquisitions straight for me and… I’m ok

Take comfort in one thing: you’re rebuilding one of the most popular and prolific platforms for hot rodders in the last 20 years. You can probably throw a rock and hit someone who can legitimately help you, haha. Rebuilding a junkyard ls (o

Amazon CEO doesn’t realize they’ll lose out on talent and miss out on talent. I’ll never work in office again unless I need to work with machines or hardware I don’t have access to at home.

I liked fig, but I got rid of it when I saw that email. Congrats to the team on the sale! Sadly, seems like it’s dead now. Happy they got paid :)

Hi forvelin! I'm one of the devs that helped create frontmacs. This is a great idea and something I generally like doing. I do it on my own emacs config: https://github.com/Robdel12/.emacs.d Judging from the comme

Grew up on SWFL. You can tell when you enter into cape coral because the trees disappear and you start seeing empty fields with a couple of houses on top of mounds. I don't miss SWFL.

Honestly chrome sticks around because: 1. it's not bad 2. CMD + Shift + C opens the dev tools and allows you to select DOM nodes. I use that religiously...
