Idk, my entire career (15 years) has been startups and I have never shipped stuff that looked like that. We’ve shipped ugly but not that. It’s clear claude code is a vibe coded mess if you look at the source.

My hot take is Anthropic is going to have a really rough year as they’re going to start to feel the weight of all their vibe coding and products. I have a hard time believing they have something figured out that the rest of software enginee

This is so awesome. This is just a dumb off the cuff thought but I do wonder how hardwired this is into us as a species. I have a crummy autoimmune disease and I can’t tell you how many times when I’m in bad pain my brain is like “cut it of

The same FSD that drove full speed, no reaction, into a wall in san antonio? It was a cybpertruck, too. Or how the cyber cabs have an insane high accident rate here in Austin? I literally move away from teslas when I drive because of this.

Cheap ass studs, not surprised. Don’t tow with a cybertruck either, you can literally total it by ripping the frame out with the hitch. It’s the most poorly engineered “truck” there is. Can’t tow. Can’t haul (stupid bed design). It’s just a

The last time one of these were posted it had pre-MS acquisition pegged at 100.0% and everyone ate it up. This one is including external LLM services as apart of GitHub being “down”.

How about a security leak (say.. Vercel) and having to run down all of these non-technical folks and getting them to rotate env vars? Or ask them to not do things on their personal account?

Reminds me of how every single person you meet here in Austin also mourns the Austin they loved from 10 years ago. This could be someone mourning 2015, 2005, 1995, or 1985…

Yea, seems like this was stage setting for them to exit. They were already trying to break the deal then. So, I feel like that is lawyers find a way to bend whatever to get out of the deal.

There’s no way I’m going to spend any time tracking and fighting a tool like this. If you feel the need to do this, it’s time to move onto a tool you trust?
