I'm running ~1k DAU on a $6/mo Vultr VPS. Just a Phoenix Web App, no special things done to optimize. If I cache a little more aggressively on the frontend I should be able to handle even 10k. As always, advice in article depends

If possible, Micro Center or Frys. Frys is somehow profitable but with dwindling stock at every California/Nevada location I’ve been to recently (maybe an indicator of higher prices?), but Micro Center is great.

I'll admit this is a very niche usecase, but not even CrossOver runs 16 bit apps anymore (like Minesweeper for Windows 98). Luckily the Windows XP version is basically the same and is 32-bit.

One of many GPU cloud providers (paperspace, lambda, etc). If you want to do it for free you can use Google Colab. It won't be fun to train this on a MacBook directly.
