Eh, there's a lot of "dirty keto" diets out there. I think it's more important to eat whole foods (unprocessed) and source most macro nutrients (and healthy fats) from a plant based diet + the occasional fish and chicken

I've owned a Boosted Board clone, an M365 scooter and a OneWheel XR. The XR is by far my favorite ride. I would also recommend taking a look at EUCs (electric unicycles) as they have longer range, faster top speed and are easier to car

Yeah I was raised similarly (in addition to being a Vegetarian), but let myself slide down the rabbit hole of laziness (desk job) and poor diet (fast food) in my early 20s. My wife actually learned about it while studying for medical school

Yes, because in the long term electric vehicles consolidate fossil fuel emissions to a single large point (coal in this case) which can be eventually replaced with a clean energy source (i.e. solar, wind, hydro, nuclear, etc.).
