Yeah I thought the same thing, it should be fun to hack on. There's not much I need that Chrome and Firefox don't already do for me, but trying to write some of the modules myself as well as try some new stuff sounds like it would

Well I think, and I'm no thermal expert, that the 'plan' is to use energy from other parts of a grid system, where that energy is not needed. IE, use energy collected from a place with no snow, to melt the snow somewhere else
