We hand down pixel phones within the family and I'm the last one. Yeah battery is not the best any more but it's enough for a day and I leave it in on the charger over night. I'm also one of those people with those ugly black

Luckily for Apple the choice for alternatives is small as long as you're trapped within the Apple Ecosystem. And changing the ecosystem is hard for most so now it's just the exercise to find out how much you can rise the price

Houses here actually get support from the state for such heat pumps. Unfortunately it doesn't help most of the citizens of Germany since most of them rent in cities and don't live in houses where they can decide and install easily
