Yes, you're correct, and yes, it's the same concept as Twitch plays Pokemon. Does there have to be an advantage? :) I thought it was a fun project, and a fun way of playing around with and learning about Cardano. It's basical

Nope, lowest amount is 1 ADA, transaction fees are usually around 0.17. I'd expect this to be lowered in the future. 1 ADA wasn't much until a few months ago really.

1 ADA is the lowest amount on the Cardano chain. I'd prefer it to be much lower for this game. I'm releasing an update soon where you'll be able to make multiple moves with one transaction (still 1 ADA), but that's the o

Don't know how many here have an interest in Cardano, but hopefully at least a few. Spent a few weekends building this, where we hook a gameboy emulator to the Cardano blockchain. Main idea is to allow for a community playthrough. Had

Still has usage as a potential store of value and a means of cheap global transfers. My mother in law use it monthly to transfer money to her home (third world) country, which is crazy easy and cheap compared to traditional means.

Yes and no. Higher savings would also mean more capital to load from. Expected return on investment would be higher, which is probably just a good thing. Lots of non-profitable companies today can keep surviving without doing any real good

I'd say normally it requires both, or extreme levels of either. Not sure normal rules apply under CCP though.

Keeping interest rates artificially low is a good way of making sure no one - companies included - keeps any cash at hand.

Or actually mean free market when we talk about "free markets". That is, we should make it very clear that the market rules shouldn't change to benefit specific corporations.

I'd guess most people think charity is better than taxes. Also, Apple has payed standard taxes for some time now.

Sure. Because it is. Alternatives could be to simply tax transactions, tax capital, tax people or not taxing anyone at all.

Your conclusion does not follow from your the issue you outline. The unfair advantage could easily be removed by simply not taxing corporations at all. Taxing someone (or in this case, a whole bunch of people) just to keep them down seems l

That's a common belief about Ayn Rand, but it's not correct. As long as they enjoyed helping him, or at least wanted to help him, she would not have objected in the slightest.
