Even say a lay person does understand the contract, they still might not realize if that contract was written to heavily favor one side or the other. People who go to the internet to find a template contract to use might not know this eithe

I've read the concept that a self driving car cannot react to everything that it sees in front of it because otherwise it would basically be inoperable, ie, it has to disregard things like overhead signs, bridges crossing over the high
