California has Idaho stops, so cyclists not stopping at Stop signs IS following the rules of the road (if the Cyclist did yield and just also didn't see the Waymo car). Bicycles starting on the side of the road can ofter get side swipe

Not really, that can still be done without permissions. You WOULD be able to stop them from knowing the files are there if you remove read permissions to others, but I haven't seen this done. The main advantage I see of having them sep

Not really. Mainstream Android phones had high density OLED and LCD displays before iPhones. For example, by the time of the iPhone 8's 326 PPI, LG had the G6 with a 564 PPI LCD.

1. If the time zone changes (like, as it's happened multiple times in my country, the date for switching to daylight savings changes) you have to make sure all your servers is updated with the change 2. Daylight savings mean that event

If you're talking about static sites, wordpress definitely isn't it, it renders server side every request. (Google's Blogger.com used to be static, not sure about now). HN is likely not static either.
