Not really. There are people for whom Fentanyl is the only real choice for use _during_ surgery. I'm one of them, and I don't want doctors mucking about inside my chest without ample pain relief.

What about twilight anesthesia? With my cardiac problem, I can't have general anesthetics, but I can have Fentanyl/Midazolam to sedate and numb up a bit. Saying "it's specific to fentanyl" doesn't help those

I don't believe this is a fair comparison of choices in language design, as it almost ignores Smalltalk and relatives. Almost all the "issues" of language design listed don't exist in Smalltalk (and others), and when he

IPs are shared by many machines these days, in particular CGNAT bundles many machines in potentially very disperse locations together. You can't identify the source of DDOS by whois in that case.

I bought a hemp t-shirt in the early 1980s. I wore it up to the early noughties. Hemp clothing outlasts cotton and most synthetics in my experience. So is it better? Depends.

We'd feed birds crab shells every second day for a week or two. When the hard boiled eggs were cut open we'd have concentric red/orange rings in the yolk.

I grew up on an organic, free-range poultry farm in the 70s. The current definition of "free range" supports up to 100 full grown birds per m^2. The treatment of battery hens and factory farmed poultry is an obscenity, in my opi

I'm pretty sure the vast majority of new HIV cases are in Africa, amongst heterosexual clients of sex workers. Maybe your 86% figure might apply in countries like the US where health care is a privilege and not a right. Your last sent
