Has the apt repo been updated? `apt-get install kubelet` is still giving me v1.6.6. I'm using `deb http://apt.kubernetes.io/ kubernetes-xenial main` as the apt source. Edit: I think it's a mistake. Reported here:

Algo's stated goal is explicitly not to provide anonymity. It is to secure connections made on untrusted networks, e.g. while traveling. It will work for the use case being discussed w/r/t ISPs collecting and selling your usa

What a great resource! I used weworkremotely.com to find my current job. A combination of the two would be perfect for me, but I see that many of the jobs are already remote. I'm also pleased to see the term "Programmer" used

Fleet is still not necessary for HA control planes. There is no danger in running multiple API servers as once. For some time now, the controller manager and scheduler binaries have supported built-in leader election with the --leader-elect

As moondev pointed to, eventually bootkube will handle bootstrapping k8s clusters. At my company we just set everything up using cloud-config. A systemd unit boots the kubelet on each server, and static k8s manifests are loaded by the kubel

Hacking CoreOS to work on a desktop is pretty cool, just for the nerd factor. I wanted to run CoreOS on my Raspberry Pi, but they don't have a build for ARM at this point, and I know nowhere near enough about Linux to work on it myself
