Correct me if I'm wrong but he's also not an experienced engineer (or at least wasn't), he was self/google taught and focused on just making the vision he had, copying copious amounts of code from places like SO. So it c

I've never worked in this way (when I've been part of the org), is it that common? What are the benefits of making everyone fork repos vs branching off the original repo?

I'd rather give the correct answer, if they are going to fight the answer despite being wrong then it's a good sign I don't want to work with these people. Interviews being a two way process and all, this seems like it was an

Illegal content is generally ephemeral regardless of where you host it. I don't think this changes much, it could still provide a good home for some illegal things.

I mean you're never not going to delete it when given the option. As tiny as the chances are, it could mean your downstream consumers end up safe. Although yes, it should not stop you going into full damage control mode.

To add to this, advice from people successful in this area really recommend solving a problem *you* have and avoid trying to solve problems you know exist but aren't a problem for you.

I've found that any timings in general are best avoided. Focus more on internal temp and probe tenderness. I think 321 works because ribs are normally not that thick and 6 hours is already pretty long so nearly all ribs are done or eve

A large part of the backlash is around unfinished systems. Without reeling off an exhaustive list the resulting world feels pretty soulless and shallow, it certainly feels like they released it far from being finished.
