When did these bomb threats happen? At the end of term or beginning? During exam week? When a famous politican is visiting? 126 is alot. I bet if you were to investigate the timing of these threats you might find some interesting correlatio

Thank you, for uh, writing this comment. I was, uh, thinking the same thing, uh, myself and how tacky that was. I'm sure it was intended, as perhaps a "low blow", since it's very easy to quote someone without all the damn "uh"s. Not very cl

This guy, Phil Plait, gives an related talk about asteroids and how it's a really good idea to be thinking about them now , just in case one should come close to hitting us and making us all extinct. Plus, he's a great speaker with a healt

It doesn't surprise me at all either -- it has anti-CEO written all of it. Edit: Which to me isn't a bad thing necessarily.

How about: "The Fandalism Bundle" Just like all those "indie game and app bundle" sites, but you source the goodies from your musical userbase. It could be anything, but enough to be of "value" for say 10 bucks, or $25, or $50 or whatever,

“Oh, that’s not my job,” is usually what folks say when they can't do the "shit" that needs to be done. It's what people say when they want to save face and not be labelled as someone who "can't do it". It's a defense mechanism.

Bravo. This is so simple, I can't believe I didn't think of it -- just put a "github homepage" link/image on that pop-up that users can then right-click to their hearts content. And here I was thinking about adding cookies and saving client
