This is a bit of a false dichotomy. You have more than two choices, and you don't have to pick just one. I'd try both and see which you prefer. Or use whatever's preferred on the platform that you're more familiar with,

The equation is a definition; the letters i, j and k do not represent variables :) Edit: If you want a more detailed explanation, the Wikipedia entry on Quaternions might be helpful (specifically the multiplication table at the top).

I only did the first two, which I hear are pretty trivial in comparison to the later ones, but I still had a great time and learned a hell of a lot in the process. Definitely highly recommended even if it's just for fun or out of idle

Camera movement between each frame would be minimal though so there'd be a lot of overlap between frames so minimal extra information. I'd guess the key to improving this result would be multiple cameras at different angles; I ima

Shame there's no 3D; I guess it's still Three.js for now. They have plans for it though, and it looks like a great start so far otherwise, and they have official support from the Processing foundation too.

This is a genuine question: where is Yahoo getting all this money from? I think the average internet-goer (myself included) would probably be surprised to hear they're profitable enough to have made so many large purchases recently...
