Ah I see, well Chargebee would give a UI where the user can change from 3 -> 5 (pro-ration if they're in the middle of a cycle, generating invoices, scheduling the change in the future if desired, etc). But how 5 instead of 3 licen

We use Chargebee (backed by Stripe). As far as I know, in terms making a page that helps explain the different features available, none of these services help with that. Chargebee does provide a hosted page, where you can have a short des

I've been using Jitsi and Google Hangouts for years, and in terms of reliability/quality, I can't really tell any difference. Haven't used Zoom much. The nice thing about about Jitsi is it's the most simple process

In my experience, users don't report minor UX flaws. These kind of recording services can show, for example, users rage clicking what looks like a button for a couple seconds before finding the real button. For startups that don't

Sounds good! Chargebee and Heroku are the 2 paid services that have saved us the most time. I'm a champion of your service. While I have your attention, some unsolicited feedback: Chargebee's core is great (and that's what

Exactly. I find myself wondering why Stripe is still in the picture, seems like they're doing the easy part. We use the above-mentioned things, and they also take care of providing a UI where customers can change their plan, cancel it

We use Chargebee backed by Stripe. We've been quite happy with Chargebee overall and would recommend them. The only downside is their customer support is very bizarre sometimes and a bit frustrating. For example, they limit API access

The one thing that has persuaded me the most has been vscode. Until switching to that, I had assumed Microsoft incapable of producing something with excellent design/UX. Also it's open source. Opening Microsoft software every day
