Better to buy one used 3090 than those old cards. Everything is not vram. Or, you can do nothing without vram but you can’t do anything with just vram. To use the second pair of pcie slots, you _must_ have two cpus installed. Just saying in

Excellent and interesting post! Minor gripe - The best-of-n | beam search illustration is not compatible with red-green color blindness. I can literally not see the difference between the Rejected and the Selected dots even if I zoom in.

Maybe you could run all the decks as a kit on kickstarter? I would love to buy all of them as a set, and I believe a lot of others would as well.

The no-brainer basic usage of any pre-commit hook is to make sure you don’t waste minutes while waiting for your build to finish and then end up with a failure because you don’t have a new line at the end of the file. So, adding lint(ers).

Have you met anyone who is confused about how to pronounce nginx? I haven’t, but I have met _a lot_ of people who have trouble writing it correctly. It all started with all good .com domains being taken, and now, here we are.

Yahoo’s problem is mainly that they don’t seem to know how to get paid and what to get paid for. They run a popular service for free for years and then shut it down because they don’t make any money.

WebEx is great for screen sharing (low frame rate, low compression), and while a bit quirky, the MacOS client is native and a lot better than all the Electron abominations we see from the competition. Also, sound quality in a natural conver
