There’s no point in more than two or possible three different scores: Don’t recommend - Do recommend or Don’t recommend - Neutral - Do recommend It’s rather silly when you rate an app with four out of five stars only to get a “Why didn’t you like our app?” question. And, as an app maker, anything other than a five star review feels like a punch in the face.
