I said Nordic, not Norway. Also the EU isn't actually something you are either a member of, or not. There are many treaties and Norway is a signatory to many of them. As a result, Norway does in fact contribute to the EU.

The EU is though and the EU gets its money from its member states who in turn take it from its people in the form of taxation. The Nordic countries are major contributors to the EU and have high taxes.

Every time I open reddit there's harassment and hate speech right on the front page. It's just happening against people the reddit admins hate and "good hatred" doesn't count.

Well the issue with IP addressed is used to de-platform them. Lots of rules are broken all the time and no one cares. Suddenly when people want to get rid of someone, rules are selectively enforced.

I doubt it. A small number of developers and enthusiasts might use the mobile versions, but most people won't. Google and Apple are currently gatekeepers and they're apparently cooperating.
