Seems like an issue with the technology itself more than Apple. Snow mobiles and winter jackets are expected to stand cold weather. Electronics not so much.

Indeed. There is no linux, just a bunch of distros. Each is too small to support a meaningful documentation project beyond the basics.

For me, the draw of FreeBSD has always been that's it's one operating system. Linux, while small, is also fragmented. There is no "this is how to do X on Linux", as distributions are all different. So while there are str
