That comment sounds naive and it's honestly irritating to read. Most all life has a self-preservation component, it is how life avoids getting eaten too easily. Everything dies but almost everything is trying to avoid dying in ordinary

That was the thing that broke my family. The older generation became way more openly racist after that. I didn't want to accept that it was happening, but I finally gave up denying it. And then Trump came along and all rationality went

What's this conspiracy of the US and Europe to destroy developing large economies world wide? If your plan is take over your neighbors, say you'll wipe out democracies and kill people and it's your destiny to win, then eventu

European auto makers are failing because they can't make EVs that the market wants. And the market doesn't want their ICE vehicles either. They over-focused on very expensive high end EV vehicles. That's why they are hurting,

It's getting cheaper all the time, look at tesla powerwalls and many other companies are using them. But the really cheap thing to do it get an older EV like a leaf, they are much much less per kwh than standalone cars.

There have been people who wanted much more protectionism from Japanese autos since the 1970s, esp. since they demonstrated they make great cars for less money and detroit wasn't really interested in trying too hard. History looked lik

You should be downvoted for your last comment too! Or at least someone could explain the world we live in. Is it confiscatory to have public schools, funded by your taxes, fsck guy (you do have a great handle...)? How about publicly funded
