As a classic example of a naturally evolved emoticon language, on the SomethingAwful forums anyone could (and still can) buy an emoticon for $30. Here they all are: https://forums.somethingawful.com/misc.php?action=showsmili

Whether or not that demand is economically valid doesn't really affect the point that demand will increase with more power from fusion, or more lanes for roads though does it? The economy has always been somewhat at odds with the envir

Great point that I hadn't considered before. Like how adding more lanes to a road just creates more traffic. I hope things don't go that way but I can see it happening.

I agree, it was definitely harder the second time with Delta. People broke the rules the first time as well, or mistakes happened, but the few breakouts weren't so difficult to contain.

Our government was pretty careful not to put blame on the people honestly, it's really me that's blaming the people (I'm not the one that's downvoted you though).

It worked for us in New Zealand. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ When we tried the same thing a second time it didn't work, but that was due to people not following the rules.

It might be interesting to find an image in the training set with a long, very unique description, and try that exact same description as input in DALL·E 2. Of course it's unlikely to produce the exact same image, or if it does, you&#x

The Wikipedia page for JPEG 2000, for the past 16 years, has used the same sample image[0] which arguably makes JPEG 2000 look worse than JPEG at the same file size. I wonder how many people that one image alone has put off. [0] https:&#x2F

If convincing people to not replace their phone every two years, or accept one that's a little thicker is too difficult, then I suspect we're in big trouble.

What I mean is, certainly we need to make some huge changes, yet we're not even at the point of taking on these relatively straightforward ones.

I have to say, it seems ridiculous that we're at the point where people are dying in Europe this week from a heatwave exacerbated by climate change, and we're not even implementing basic measures like this yet.

It's even spraying in front of the train car and then apparently rolling right over it without much trouble (although I note some white paint on the wheels).
