This is the exact vibe Anachronox (2001) had. It's 86% off on Steam right now: https://store.steampowered.com/app/242940/Anachronox But it's not a space combat sim, it's a sci-fi RPG.

Nice. Latent-diffusion has come out very traditional but the VQGAN/CLIP ones are fairly original.

Unfortunately not. It's running Android Go Edition, which doesn't support Android Auto.

I do wonder what Dall-E 2 would output for a request along the lines of "A still life of a vase of flowers in a completely new art style."

Thanks, I was actually wondering about that second point (why did chariots need to exist at all if, as the article states, cavalry later superseded them?) while reading the article, so it's nice to see an explanation right away in the

Specifically this book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/77711.A_Fire_Upon_the_De... It's really good. So is the prequel, but it doesn't have the Zones concept.

I don't think this actually solves the problem. Say I know exactly when the window ticks over. I still want to put my order through immediately anyway since it's to my advantage to get it in the earliest possible window. There

The pinned top post on reddit.com/r/tether is titled "Tether has always been fully backed and the assurance opinion made available today confirms it once again, and puts Tether ahead of the industry on transparency."

What is the origin of the "U" on its own that appears in so many user agent strings? For example: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; sv-SE; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041108 Firefox/1.0"

Nice. If anyone else happens to be looking for a particularly thin Eco-Drive watch, my watch is an AR1135-10E which is also very thin and much cheaper. Looks like it's still 40% thicker than the One though. https://www.citiz

Seconding this. Eco-Drive is great. Keeps accurate time, never needs a battery change or winding. Prices are reasonable, and they come in lots of different styles.

Yes, part of the cleverness of that false claim was that Civilization 1 was already so old when the claim was made, that most people hadn't played it, or at least hadn't played in the last decade, and therefore couldn't ref

Since this is a write-only service, it doesn't actually matter if the disk stops working, or even ceases to exist. Therefore we may be able to estimate the lifespan as infinite. There may also be no need to purchase more than one disk.
