Just went and checked, out of my top 20 games only flight simulator and space engineers do not work. I had completely missed that proton has come so far...I think this means I can finally truly ditch windows on my game/virtualisation m

Yep! You can grab a free bike and go for a ride around the park surrounding the museum. Highly recommend it

This is neat. I've just so happen to have been playing around with GIS and blender recently and you have to jump quite a few hoops to get data, hopefully this will simplify things

Honestly, not really. Even with a "super nerd" community like Voron, the popular opinion is to print ABS for functional parts but none of the standard designs include air filtering and the advice is to "just ventilate".

A lot of good suggestions in this thread, I am left with one question that I haven't seen asked yet, where are story/time estimations in this? Someone working on a 1 point task for an entire week should be a metric that your boss

So much this. Recently got a coworker who does this, it honestly gets frustrating because it complicates communication. You already broke my concentration, get to the point! I've tried explaining it to him but it hasn't gotten acr

You're making a few assumptions here. Apple apps work in all the same ways that other apps do, they have no special privileges. And these rules aren't only for facebook, they are for all apps, so including apple apps. Where is the

She probably has, but the heating module gives her a periodic reminder to clean it (which I then have to do because she can't reach it). It gets replaced every few years, I think she has a service contract :)

Interesting. I only have central ventilation but my mom has central heated air in her house, in theory she could chuck a HEPA filter in front of it to get cleaner air in all of her house.

I've wondered for a bit now: Why isn't jailbreaking TV's a bigger thing? I know there are a few projects, but it isn't nearly as widespread as XBMC was back in the day, for example. Then again, I don't have a TV for

Is the battery easily replaced? I feel like at least some part of slow down I've encountered is deterioration of the battery, since the battery can't deliver the same power for peak moments like before the device feels slower.
