Not a lot. I do exactly this and I'm only left with a few hours per day to do whatever I want. I could obviously sleep less/eat out but that's not worth it imo.

Interesting launch. I saw you were the original founder of tabnine. I’m curious as to what you’ve learned since you launched tabnine in 2018, and why you’re deciding to create another code completion ide extension. Will be trying this out.

I would be happy to pay $10 for this but definitely not a monthly subscription when Mail.app is free.

I implemented these changes over the course of a few months. I was so sick of being sleep deprived I eventually optimized my sleep.

I thought I always felt tired. Until I got a sleep mask, ear plugs, stopped eating 4 hours before bed, slept in a cold room, and went to bed at the same time every night. I found my body just adjusted itself back to its natural rhythm. Curi

As someone who recently moved from The Netherlands to USA, I found this article to be really great at explaining the reason why many Europeans find Americans to be fake. I myself had experienced all of the social experiences the author talk

I would choose neither. I'll personally deal with my problems myself, and I find that most of the time a few hours of being present and doing nothing helps improve my mental state by a ton.

Not sure if GPT is the reason stack overflow is declining, but I always liked how I can get really specific help from chatgpt. I can ask it: how exactly can I do x, and it will answer. You don't always find that on stack overflow or re

I'm currently taking a break from working on anything. Just doing the bare minimum to get A's in college, and relaxing the rest of the time. Don't regret it after working so much before.

I implemented something like this for a log platform I was working on. The user would write queries in Apache lucene, and they would be converted into json, and then a specific sql query. It worked nice, but apart from querying logs, I don’

In my personal experience, tiling window managers only work when you have a lot of screen real estate. I tried using yabai on a 13 inch m2 air, but I ended up going back to my normal workflow of just alt tabbing between windows. Most apps d

How can they be so sure the model isn’t just hallucinating? It can also hallucinate real facts from the training data. However, that doesn’t mean the entire output is directly from the training data. Also, is there any real world use case?

Over the past few months I’ve stopped using YouTube all together. The service is pretty bad without an ad blocker, and I wouldn’t pay $10 per month just to waste my time.

I fine tuned LLama-2 on code/comment generation (in python) for around $2 and was able to run it natively on an m1 macbook air. I can totally see smaller fine tuned LLM's being used locally on consumer devices in the future. I thi

How would wasm/rust be more performant over c++? I’m not sure the wasm version can take advantage of avx/metal. Edit: the wasm installer does take advantage by installing plugins. Unless you’re talking about performance on devices
