I used CSS custom properties (AKA variables) when rewriting my blog's frontend just recently. A few issues come to mind even when using the latest CSS features: 1. Nesting can still be an issue if you have complicated layouts. You can

This reminds me of W3C Core Styles[1]. I remember using those in many quick pages to make them look somewhat presentable without spending any effort myself, when perfect styling just wasn't important. I wonder how many sites nowadays u

Heh, in Finnish the general term "fleksi" means an adjustable dog leash. That's how ubiquitous the Flexi is in that category. Like "styroksi" for EPS (from Styrox) or "kyprokki" for drywall (from Gyproc).

Considering the GP commenter started with an emphasis on concurrency, Elixir's concurrency features (thanks to the Erlang VM) are totally different than what Python can offer, namely isolated processes (scheduled in the VM so like gree

I have two issues in Finnish with Android's (Gboard) autocorrect: inflection and language selection. In Finnish, words can have over a thousand inflected forms. Granted most of them are not used usually but every day I bump into a word
