Yes, that's right. Static IP is not necessary, any kind of DDNS could make a workaround. Public IP is not necessary as well. Third party service like ngrok could reverse a tunnel. However, public static IP is my first choice. Easier, s

You could try to host a ssh/shadowsocks/v2ray tunneling server on your own Openwrt home router. However you need a static public IP address for your home router. And you can control all or specific traffic aboard through this tunn
