I recommend never using docking mode. For rotation use the standard WASD with QE for roll, and for translation use the IJKL with HN for forwards/backwards. Additionally, use Caps Lock to set "precision controls" when needed.

Have you considered adding creatine? It reduces fatigue in cases of sleep deprivation, and for vegetarians it boosts IQ a little bit. It dissolves well and doesn't have much taste. It's inconvenient to take as capsules or powders,
