I don't see what this comment brings to the discussion. I think it's obvious that the salary discrepancy and the skill discrepancy don't match up. Since salary defines 'market value' of a developer it's worth

It's not clear which 'arguments' are required when it's done this way. What's stopping you from calling 'from' without 'to'?
