I would be totally happy with a big place like that as end station. Here you are lucky if it's two houses next to eachothers. Probably noone home anyway. I have fond memories of people falling asleep and then back in school next day ta

My problem is that I help a lot of people set up their computers because they want to get rid of ads and tracking. They don't know how to fix this. Or more likely don't even realise there is a problem and will just close it down a

I know something else that is over-represented in killings. Soldiers. And soldiers are mostly male. So male is the natural killing machine, right? But male humans are mostly selected to be soldiers by design. In some countries the only poss

(not GP) Most providers let you run a catch-all adress on your own domain. You usually set it up with just a check-box "catch-all" and where to send all mail, or you write the username as "*" in an alias.

Sometimes you can sign up with the + but when you try to log in either on the homepage or an app, the login is invalid because of that + sign. Different validations. Stopped using that way after getting locked out of accounts 6 months later

The main reason for the no-go is that you get hired by HR, not another developer. Many times the company has outsourced the hiring process to another company and that one has even less of a clue about programming. So they just read the keyw

This is getting so ingrained in todays society that it even spills over on non-tech. We have this provatisation craze going since a while and as soon as something don't work we expect the market to sort it by switching provider. For ex

Whataboutism isn't really the answer here. When the population knows this is the way it works and bends themselves like a pretsel to make their government not kill them, it's not good. You can't compare that to a western coun
