thanks for the correction, I actually want to revise our founders agreement to a 4 years vesting schedule, espec with lower then foretasted growth in today's economy, two years seems so short.

based on feedback I read in Founders at Work - I believe Jessica and many others suggest setting it at 2 years. thats what we use at our startup.

useful maybe, funny yes. i agree that there may not be a whole 3rd segment, but the channels for distribution are really important to consider and if the content is going to go viral, its because of the distributors.

thanks, ya it was really positive, but def no pr firm, she found us via google while looking for a hoodie I found out. this is really our first media hit beyond core hoodie/tee blogs. if we are doing something right from a PR perspective

Its so annoying to me that many people (esp in Bay Area) loath Wal-Mart, and then turn around and gush over how cheap they got this or that crappy chinese made product for at Target. Both are massive big box retailers, both threaten smaller
