Perhaps it's my inexperience with the english language showing, but I thought "has" in this context was past tense.

For things that start as academic work, often the original paper is quite helpful. I find it an enjoyable read if you have a background in databases (it actually was a reading for my grad systems class) https://people.csail.mit.e

Respectfully, I think that this is a misunderstanding of the context in which Einstein made his theoretical innovations. He did not do it in a vacuum and he absolutely built upon incremental scientific progress. The fact that someone else c

I am unfamiliar with Wolfram's new theory, but some have said it is similar to his previous "Theory of Everything" via cellular automaton. It often can be quick to determine whether a theory will ever be falsifiable - it has

There are serious and undocumented problems in Docker. For instance, I spent multiple days investigating an issue in my tests that eventually I realized was due to accessing memory returned by an `mmap` syscall on a Docker mounted FS causin

I do not think that this is a settled issue in any way- there are quite a few people who do not use race condition to mean what wiki says. Indeed, there is even a debate about this issue in the talk page of wikipedia [ https://en.
