Male mutton tends to have a stronger taste, especially when older, where it can get too strong. It might depend on the age at which the lamb was slaughtered, as there is more meat as they grow older. (My parents raise a few sheep).

Software-wise, there's also Sigrok, which is open, and the corresponding Pulseview UI. I've been very happy with it, together with cheap Saleae ex2law-based clones, but I have never tried Saleae's software, so I lack a point

A free and open source alternative to Plex is Jellyfin, a Fork of Emby before it went closed-source. I have been using it for years, and I'm pretty pleased with it.

Most pedestrian areas I know (and I've lived in some) are also accessible to at least light cargo trucks. I've also seen semi trucks in larger streets, and (large) cargo bikes in narrow ones. In my experience, shops and businesses

Thank you for your detailed answer! At times, I regret DisplayPort not having something comparable (it has data channels, but nothing "as well specified" as CEC for controlling other devices). I think you explained part of the rea

As far as I know, it isn't really rendered by HW, but composited in HW. GPUs usually have multiple "Hardware planes" that are composited together in hardware before sending the signal. The OS is free to put whatever it want

HDCP is unrelated to the CEC bus. CEC is completely separate and unencrypted. The pulse-eight adapter, AFAIK, should just be a female-female connector with two pins plugged into a microcontroller. I've toyed with the idea of replicatin

This is what I gathered from looking around: 1016 comes from an uninitialized value. 1015 is an int8 overflow and out-of-bounds access. Both are C footguns (though not exclusive to C). The latter arguably might not have happened under a sta

APL has had dedicated keyboard layouts since its inception, but that might be a bit unusual. If you lisp, you might want easily accessible parenthesis. In C, semicolon is useful. Bash uses dollar and sharp a lot.

Right, I didn't mention it explicitly, but that was part of the anonymity guarantees. A middle node has no way of knowing what your final destination will be. An exit node can see you're contacting twitter. Luckily, traffic is mos

An exit node (or multiple ones) could block twitter. Exit nodes are rarer than other nodes, as they're difficult to host. That limits the bandwidth. An onion adress doesn't rely on DNS at all. I think this should provide better ba

Wouldn't this allow modifying a cached version of /sbin/su to nop the password check? This seems really easy to exploit for privilege escalation.
