That was the right move for my mom, mostly. Not perfect and she’s completely unable to remember passwords so I’m concerned she will brick it one of these days. Personally I have one of these Lenovo’s and a default install of windows helped

A very disruptive to the user, B seems like he was up against a time limit according to the thread from the little I read.

That's what I meant, it's buried in a config file. Not one of those things that should be surfaced in the UI that opens it up to abuse.

I hear you there. I'm more thinking someone probably hard coded txt file extension somewhere so something is likely to fall apart in simply handling that file.

Didn't know that, in fact clicking around in the UI I don't see a way to change that so good on them for being friendly in this area. PFBlocker seems to default to once a day.

Simple but will it will break all sorts of automation down the line? All the other adlists are txt and I don't know how they would handle other file types, even if the content is unchanged.

PiHole and PFBlockerng are two big ones that use these resources too and setting those up it struck me as it did you that simply polling these resources on a set schedule was a waste. Podcasting 2.0 has been talking about podping as a solut

This post inspired me to at least try turning off auto correction. I feel like it is fighting me at times and now I intend to find out if it ever really helped me and I didn't notice it. I wonder if the default slide to type being ON h

OK I recognize that, currently dealing with a salesforce product that is painfully slow. Seems the company that purchased that solution can't do anything about it.

Agree, color+shape is important in finding things. I rather like the way thunderbird went recently with the important folder colors. Much better. Moving away from that is a step in the wrong direction.

That's the feature that got me into Authy. The other feature being it wasn't a google product.

So much hate everywhere for this product, I'm glad I don't use it.

It sure seems like a waste of money to replace something as simple as a "fix it" ticket.

So just change the words and suddenly it looks like all the other taxation theft they are already doing. Got it.

I view lotteries as taxes on those that don't understand probability and money investing. That fits with those making that low of a salary. It's predatory, just like payday and title loans.

Compulsory enrolment in a lottery? This isn't remotely legal. Also I view lotteries as taxes on those that don't understand probability and money investing.

Didn’t read it. Just know that adults across the ages and especially today very much care about shaping and influencing how the next generation thinks.

I really like it too and I found the auto detection and highlight choices mostly great, and I’m a novice. Not exactly sure what they don’t like about it.

OP says they can’t deal with it but I don’t understand the reasoning. Possibly startup time but you only do that once per boot up? I don’t get it really.

A 2-3% is VERY common. Unacceptable even in the days of 2% inflation.

One of the best things of the past couple years; we have never had a clearer view of where everyone’s motives are. The real question; what are we doing now that we know these things?

Exactly, that's the whole point I'm pushing here. We are just looking for legal loopholes to get this special baggage treatment. I think legally you would have more success across the world with a long gun (rifle or shotgun). BUT
