I know there are various pointer type prefixes in Rust (@foo, ~foo, &foo, *foo), 'foo for lifetimes and $foo for macro arguments, but WTH is +foo? https://github.com/mozilla/rust/blob/master/src/librustc/mid... I haven't seen this in
