Missing: "How to install, use and administer Windows." It is awfully sad how many of self-called "hackers" are unable to reconfigure an IP address on worlds most-popular desktop OS. I have trouble trusting such "engineers" with ability to d

Because you're writing Java, which is a very verbose language, all code completion and code generation (method stubs, auto constructors etc.) are a godsend when working with Android. That's why I'm always wondering why anyone would so much

Assuming the HTML spec doesn't change and browser isn't buggy. Neither of those claims have proved true in the past.

You get 10 one-time use backup access codes for that case (which YOU need to keep secure).

Other combos? Prehaps Visual Studio for C# with ReSharper. It even gives suggestions about folding loops into LINQ statements and simillar. What I'm really disappointed is abysmal quality of IDEs for dynamic languages (Python and JavaScript

sigh Running @ 45fps on a computer that runs Crysis 2 @ 60 FPS on extreme settings. Performance of WebGL is still abysmal and unusable it seems.

Well, the first issue is that there are no large-scale commercial Thorium reactors, which means alot of actual design and running flaws aren't known yet - PWR and BWR designs are an old, tested technology with it's flaws widely known and co
