Definitely. In my experience, it doesn't induce sleep, it just helps alleviate the negative consequences of standard monitor temperatures (such as making it difficult to fall asleep after using the computer late at night).

Did you ever try turning f.lux off late at night? Everyone that I've spoken to has mentioned that they immediately found themselves squinting or needing to turn down the brightness of their monitor.
