Speaking of PHP, XHP predates JSX I believe: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XHP Same idea: an XML-like syntax for creating object trees typically used to model HTML.

The Ollama distribution size is already pretty big (at least on Windows) due to all the GPU support libraries and whatnot. Having to multiple that by the number of llama.cpp versions supported would not be great.

I’m I reading this right that the settlement is just “don’t do that again”? Is it typical in antitrust settlements to not have sort of monetary punishment? Like if this were a class action settlement, they would have to pay back some amount

There are defiantly better and worse ways to use WPF. Personally I dislike it when data binding is done in XAML, because there is no compile time error if you rename a property on the C# side. When I wrote a WPF app at my last job, I write

I’ve had a few family relations approach technology this way. I think it’s like they are missing a “theory of mind” for how software works. We have developed this intuition by either using or creating software for a long time. Like often pe

The thread pool starvation problem in .NET is annoying when you encounter it. Personally I have not bumped into since the .NET framework days. The thread pool implementation has been tweaked over the years to reduce the impact of this probl

I’ve played around with a similar concept last weekend. The one tweak I would suggest is to use the “structured outputs” feature of the LLM API if it supports it. It makes it more likely that the LLM generates valid JSON that follows your s
