To be fair the standard of coffee in New Zealand and Australia is substantially better than North America and much of Europe. I could only find on-par coffee in specialty cafes in Portland, Vancouver and San Fran on the west coast. You were

But Kik Interactive wouldn't have taken them to court over this. It's a 100-person company. No one has the time, or the motivation to go on a tangent like that. Especially since they'll be paying hundreds or low-thousands in

I think Azer should have just said no, waited for npm to force the rename/removal and then pulled all of the repo's. To me, this thread reeks of corporate damage control. Also it should be stated that mproberts spent the last 6 ye

I'm legitimately looking forward to a "bird cam". If I can run it locally, I'm setting it up for Ultra-High with HighDef textures and leaving it streaming in the office. I love the GTA V cityscape.

Usability. I don't think Hexchat is "good enough". Slack is vastly superior from a usability perspective in my opinion. I don't have to use commands for the most part, I can customize my interface as much as I "need

"companies", not services. Aside from tech companies, IRC was never adopted by wider industries. We've been using it amongst a primarily operations-based company which relied on Email and Lync previously.

I agree it's "Slacky", but the interface itself is very much traditional IRC.

This is whack-a-mole with VPN's. We'll start to see VPN companies setup auto-rotating IPv6-only networks registered to residential addresses and pseudonyms shortly (if they haven't already) with 2-3 customers per/IP. VPN

The app made it onto the OSX App Store and the author's certs were revoked. This isn't a case of verify source, verify application. This is a case of anything can be infected and it's damn near impossible to check everything.

I found the usability of Hipchat pretty subpar vs Slack as well. Things like editing or deleting messages, extensibility with integration, alerts and syncing across devices.. Snippets!? Come on! These should be basic, foundation features. O

This is my biggest gripe when it comes to implementing self-driving vehicles. Once it gets to the 80%ish range and a lot of people can spot an self-driving car from a pedestrian-driving car, I just know there'll be so many people that
