Yes, it is undefined behavior by the standard, but most compilers will give you some random value and you will get the answer that GhotiFish states.

It is more a psychological effect, when you need to prove yourself before entering a community you tend to appreciate it more, and (in theory) care more about the community. It will be interesting to see if this really holds in practice.

At some degree, word frequency counting does classify correctly what the story is about, so in my opinion it do adds quality to it. Think of it like regular tagging. However, the threshold for how many hashtags should be produced with this

It can be a useful tool to get the main "feeling" in a complex line of pointers, but I wouldn't use it to auto-generate explainer comments
