In a small town, it's cheaper to go horizontal. Maybe in SF it makes sense to go vertical but not in a place where land is cheap.

You definitely can't talk someone into having life-changing experiences. In the space of two years I went through: 1) Wife cheating on me 2) Divorce after a year of attempting to make it work 3) A clinically diagnosed major depressive

They never see the dad bod as a sexual thing, it's more a symbol of other traits that the man brings to a relationship. Traits that are very important to a woman looking to start a family. The 'hot body' will still be their s

When I say appropriate I mean "an age range which will likely result in swipes from them too". I'm not what a lot of 23 year olds want but I'm fairly desirable for a 29 year old. On top of that I don't have anything

Men don't have the same time pressure to start a family with many starting at 45+. The other thing is men often become more attractive to women as they age due to things like financial success while the same can't be said for wome

I prefaced my statement with "from memory", that's exactly how I remember it. The rating system, which worked really well, had some controversy and Netflix scrapped it for a horrible one at the time of the controversy.

My math professors would teach maths under the presumption we knew mathematical notation. I felt I got thrown in the deep in during first-year calculus units but I also now feel strangely adept at reading maths so it had a positive effect.
