Depends where you live, and what you farm. In the case of e.g. cereal crops in the north, there are 4-6 months where you can do little beyond some maintenance, buying/selling equipment, planning next year's crop, etc. that means t

There are at least 2 trains running southbound service to MV at 6 minute intervals, 10 isn't uncommon either. 206: 6:05am and 208: 6:15am. (10min) 314: 6:59am and 216: 7:05am. (6min) 216: 7:05am and 218: 7:15am (10 min) and another set

I'm unconvinced by your arguments, while I can understand (and agree) with some of the points you're making, I don't think it's as cut and dry as you make it. CalTrain is $7.70 from MV to SF[0], not $33/person (or $

This is actually not too uncommon. Natural phenomena like hurricanes, tsunamis, etc are very good at keeping the diversity of ecosystems fresh. Parts of the southern Pacific Ocean are, by and large, a wasteland--not a lot of life in the wat

It is trivial to obtain the size of objects, so long as you have some information about a satellite orbiting it. It's how we get the mass of many interstellar objects, and it's how we know that dark matter exists. http:/

the US takes in $1.947B in income taxes per year. there are 330,000,000 people. So, every man, woman, and child is on the hook for about $6,000 in taxes. How is it fair that a low-income family of four makes $40,000 combined and pays $24,00

Being from Canada, I actually prefer the 1 and 2 dollar coins, for the following reasons: - vending machine transactions are far less temperamental (bill readers suck). Also far fewer trips to the bank for quarters for washers/driers.

Once a culture exists, it is very, very difficult to change, even (especially) if you get a new CEO or an acquisition, etc. It is true that if you are going to _attempt_ to change a culture, it must be motivated from top-down. However, plac
