Yes please. Now I sometimes have to close the lid of my Air a bit to find a certain key with help from the glow from the screen. That being said, I find the speed of the Air adequate for the stuff I do with it (development).

That would actually be very nice, it would be a nice upgrade from my old MacMini. What I also like to see are non-glaring screen finishes as an option for the iMac models.

While the Apple TV could certainly offer game features, its appearance doesn't appeal to the target audience (the Xbox and PS3 definately look much more exciting). Therefore, Apple will probably have designed the iConsole in a somewhat more

Does an upgrade of the Macbook Air justify the current secret activity we see at the Apple stores? Employees not allowed to take vacation? Gigabytes of training materials distributed? Black curtains and mandatory meeting on next Sunday?

Next week, Apple will announce its entry into the console market with the iGame. That's my guess.

That's what I call a draconian law. "Draconian is an adjective meaning great severity, that derives from Draco, an Athenian law scribe under whom small offences had heavy punishments."

Technology has come a long way. I remember my first non-trivial graphics program: a running elephant, drawn with graphic characters, on a PET-2001.

This article uses shadow fringes around the letters, which makes it hard to read. Luckily, there is a Readability AddOn [1] for Firefox. I see myself more and more using this handy AddOn... is 'designeritis' spoiling web usability? [1] ht

I'm no user of Facebook, and when I see this material, I highly doubt I will ever try it. Why is Facebook unleashing this kind of stuff on its members? It shows the traits of malicious JavaScript that shady sites use to exploit security v

It breaks the Back button... and the 'Best viewed in Internet Explorer' days seem to be back, although it's now a more apologetic 'Sorry, this site was designed with Google Chrome in mind'.

This is exactly what I do; I check my email three to four times a day, and I certainly don't let my email client run in the background and interrupt me at times which are always inconvenient.

Yes, I like my fonts big, easier to read. Not that I'm sight impaired, it's just a personal preference. And beauty is in the eye of the beholder, isn't it? Everybody has his/her own taste. I also like to use proportional fonts when writin
