Can confirm. If you don't give vizio Wi-Fi access it functions as a dumb tv. This is why I purchase Vizio instead of other brands. I don't need my television loaded with a ton of apps I'll never use.

That's fair, but also just as interesting. What are the chances that language is older than we thought? And if decent chances, how much older? Were early hominids capable of speaking? Wild to think about.

So very many nightmares from that as a child. Who thought that was a good idea for kids? I mean, it was an awesome show, but still.

That actually is really cool. That implies a certain degree of isolation for A very long time. Do genetics in that area have any interesting patterns?

The problem is you're not going to fix the obscene compensation scheme for the CEO position. There is no stomach for that. So, I'm with OP. They're going to have ridiculous compensation, therefore they should have personal re

One of my two most vivid memories is seeing pink Floyd live while on acid. I'm not advocating for drug use unless you can get a time machine and go see them at the height of their fame. And then I am immediately advocating for you to b

Okay doctor AI. Scenario is that you're the doctor, it's 1895 and I have consumption. You will prescribe me bed rest, cocaine and opiates as is appropriate for the time.

Yes. I understand. I was saying it's almost a joke. But for real what is it called when the things you're saying don't necessarily rhyme with the original phrase but have a similar cadence?

I don't know why you're being downvoted. Public private partnerships at the Federal level have historically just been elaborate grafts to enrich the already wealthy at everyone's expense. Ever read The Shock Doctrine?

I guess my question was geared more towards the CEO and company. Either they didn't notice the BS, which isn't great, or the did and chose not to do anything about it, which might be worse.

I have the void trilogy to read next. I just finished the Commonwealth saga. It's close but it just doesn't quite hit as well as the culture. I'm honestly not sure why. I have hopes for the void series.
